As part of the new undertaking, the government offices will be required to inform the public on three months' activities through a notice pasted on the offices' premises and hold joint press meet after every three months on 15th date for sharing the information on the activities.

The offices will be also required to keep an information official, share information on within the specified date and keep record of information disclosed and demand for information.
